We take care of every aspects of our client’s demand for which we hire the right employee
- We discuss the right candidates profile to hire with our client during work signup process.
- The client might conduct a final interview to choose the right applicant for their work.
- Our client relationship manager coordinates client interviews with shortlisted candidates (we shortlist them accordance with the desire candidates profile for job).
- We hire the agents accordance with a mutually agreed timeline and we do bulk and urgent hiring both as require.
- We keep a backup of the shortlisted candidates for urgent hiring.
