• We discuss the right candidates profile to hire with our client during work signup process.
• The client might conduct a final interview to choose the right applicant for their work.
• Our client relationship manager coordinates client interviews with shortlisted candidates (we shortlist them accordance with the desire candidates profile for job).
• We hire the agents accordance with a mutually agreed timeline and we do bulk and urgent hiring both as require.
• We keep a backup of the shortlisted candidates for urgent hiring.
